What does OSHA say about these issues?

OSHA recognizes that poor indoor air quality can be hazardous to workers’ health and that it is in the best interest of everyone that building owners, managers, and employers take a proactive approach to address air quality concerns. Although OSHA does not have IAQ standards, it recommends spaces be ventilated with outdoor air with an exchange rate of at least 0.35 changes per hour for a residential home and it is widely accepted that 4 air changes per hour is the minimum for commercial or industrial buildings

Can I wear the Aura outside?

Yes, the Aura is compatible with indoor and outdoor environments. However, depending on local wind conditions, the Aura may not provide the same level of protection outdoors as it would indoors.

Does the Aura protect against coronavirus?

Yes, the Aura does provide protection against the coronavirus, but there is no substitute for the physical robustness of a mask. Therefore, we strongly suggest the use of a mask where necessary to protect against coronavirus exposure.

Can I fly with the Aura?*

Yes, the Aura is compatible in all indoor environments including modes of transportation. Before traveling with an Aura, we recommend you contact your airline to confirm you may bring along your Aura.

I own a business and I would like the Aura for my staff. Do you do large volume orders?

While we are accepting pre-orders from individuals, we ask you to Contact Us for large volume orders.

What kinds of filters does the Aura use?

Does this product protect others from receiving bacteria/viruses from the wearer (ie can I still get other people sick?)?

Yes to both, in the same way that room air cleaners clean the ambient room air.

Does the Aura protect against wildfire smoke?

Yes, the Aura will protect you against wildfire smoke in an indoor environment. However, depending on local wind conditions, the Aura may not provide the same level of protection outdoors.

What is your return policy?

There is no return policy. The Aura is considered a wearable and returns cannot be used for other customers.

Can I eat or drink while wearing the Aura?

Yes! The Aura leaves your nose and mouth unobstructed for you to conveniently consume food and beverages while you continuously breathe easy.

Does the Aura come with a warranty?

As a new product and company, no warranty policy has been developed yet. Our goal is to ensure and meet our customer’s satisfaction, so please Contact Us with any product problems.

Are the filters replaceable and where do I buy replacements?

Yes, filtration cartridges are fully replaceable. You can purchase new cartridges via our subscription service.
